David Agus, co-founder of Navigenics, encouraged people to take charge of their health during an interview with HuffPost Live at Davos.
Agus noted a doctor only sees patients one appointment at a time, while a patient will look at his or her body every single day.
"I want people to get naked once a week and look at themselves in a mirror," Agus said.
"You go to your doctor and say 'Listen, I've got these 10 things, let's talk about them,'" Agus said. "I want you in charge of your health care."
